Alaris Camp Knife, PVD, IVORY Micarta w/ BLACK G10 Liners
The FOBOS Knives Alaris is a rugged fixed blade designed with plenty of belly to be an incredibly slicey meat processor in camp, and heavy-duty enough to separate the hips of an elk at the kill site. Even quietly performing wood-lore tasks during long-term stay-behind scenarios in the mixed forests of the Manchurian wilderness. It is the ultimate Bushcraft blade packing a tonne of power behind every use.
A 10.5” piece of CPM-3V heat treated & tempered for excellent edge retention while working around fire, with a 5" blade, .2" thick, makes even the heaviest tasks seem easy. A wide drop point design lends to the utilitarian elegance of this formidable knife. Its heft continues down past the handle into its extended pummel which can perform glass-breaking or non-lethal striking duties. The Omni-Positional Combat Handle is ergonomically designed with comfortable deep pinch-scallops that help lock your hand in while you swing or are spinning the blade around to a reverse grip. A bow-drill divot in the center of the handles assists in real world fire starting in the most extreme conditions. This knife truly speaks to anyone who understands what a hard-use knife design is about.
The handle scales come in a variety of colors of Carbon Fiber, G10, and Micarta with several colors of liners so you can find the combination that speaks to you. The knife comes complete with a fitted Kydex sheath w/ Dangler to carry it with you straight out of the box.
